To help users control the unit, the oven remembers how often features were used, and the 6-minute dial timer can be set in 10-, 15-, and 30-second increments. This microwave defrosts in three stages with three different power levels and provides excellent heating times for two portions. Reducing energy usage and saving time, the Sharp R21LTF commercial microwave cancels the remaining time when the door is opened during cooking.
