Panasonic Pro II NE-3280 3200 Watts Sonic Steamer Commercial Microwave Oven

Bought from a commercial appliance auction. Usually their equipment works fine but this one, when I plugged in, would give an "F8?" (I forgot exact code, its been a couple months.)  error and blow it's fuse.  The manual said it is "upper right quadrant power issue".  My technician changed the upper right megatron then tried replacing the right side capacitors then frankly he realized it was not something he was skilled enought to figure out and decided to stop trying to figure it out for safety reasons.  He did rule a couple of things out but I don't have him here to give me a better description. I can ask him if it makes a difference to you.
One of the megatrons is out of the unit (the 5th replacement one) after found it did not fix the problem.  One of the two capacitors is out of the oven and the other one is missing since this was done a couple months ago.  He never tried replacing the transformer because I didn't want to put the money into it if it was not the proper item that needed replacement.  It would come on for a few seconds and then maybe the power voltage or amperage was too high or drawing too much power and and showed the code and blew out the fuse.  I don't think we broke anything additional, we just kept hitting dead ends until we decided to give up.   I also did not want my employee to be involved in that high voltage once he found it was not as straight forward as he initially hoped it would be.  This 208V/230V high voltage unit is not a safe device for those not highly experienced with electricity!
The first photo shows it after I put the surrounding left/top/right wrap around piece back on and attached the back screws and realized the top wasn't slid back in place correctly but didn't take time to remove back screws to adjust it knowing buyer would have to remove it to fix it anyways, so pointless at this point.
Sold as parts or repair as it is too complicated and risky for us to further attempt it's repair.
