Testing:
We are not in the food service industry and don't claim to know all the nuances of this Amana oven.  Our testing was the basic features of this oven.  A few photographs show some of the results.  We are limited to 12 photographs with an eBay listing.
Here is what we found when testing:
Preheat: This unit went from room temperature to 400 degrees/Ready in 4 minutes.  This unit did not have an air filter.

*All freight shipments will be noted in the description as "freight shipment" If your PayPal-confirmed shipping address is not a commercial address with loading dock then your item will be shipped to your local freight terminal where it will be held for you to pick it up. Sometimes we are able to ship items to residential addresses for an additional fee.
*Once you purchase this item, we will need to know two things. We will need you contact phone number for completing the shipping paperwork. eBay allows this exchange of information once an item is paid for. Second, we need to know if this is going to a commercial address or if we will ship to a freight terminal for pickup. We normally ship via YRC, Freight a national carrier.
*Buyer agrees to pay for the shipping fee listed in the eBay ad. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
